Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
Experience:
IDEAL SPECIALIST TECHNICAL SERVICES EST is seeking an experienced and dedicated Male Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness across all projects!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on various job sites
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards
- Train and motivate cleaning staff to maintain high performance
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or special requests
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
