The Role
We are seeking a Director of Sports to join our school in August 2025. We are looking for a professional who is creative, innovative and passionate about lifelong learning. The successful candidates should be adaptable, motivated by challenge and have a proven track record of outstanding practice.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field essential
PGCE/PGDE or QTS essential
Masters in field is desirable
Experience of developing, leading and coaching sports teams.
To have a positive impact on the whole school development of PE and Sport through the delivery of high-quality outcomes for all students.
Experience of budgets and resources
Proven success with operational leadership
