This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Director at MHM Real Estate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading the sales team, overseeing sales operations, providing excellent customer service, managing and developing business relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- To Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance team performance and professionalism.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Uphold company standards and values while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's Degree
- MUST have Real Estate/Developer experience
- Excellent in Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Dynamic 365 and other CRM ERP system
- 10+ years experience
- Must be fluent in English
