Emergency Room Nurse - DHA Licensed

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in emergency situations. This role requires flexibility, as the nurse will be rotated across various departments and must be available for night and on-call duties.
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 6000/-
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate and comprehensive care to patients in emergency situations, including assessment, triage, and intervention.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and assist in emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective and timely patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and aftercare.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and continuing education programs.
- Be willing to rotate through various departments as needed, including night shifts and on-call duties.
- Valid license from Dubai Health Authority as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in emergency procedures and patient assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and on-call duties.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and patient needs.
- Advanced certification in emergency nursing (e.g., CEN).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
