Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Lead Carpenter at Walam Decoration Design & Implementation LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for leading carpentry manufacturing, managing a team of carpenters, interpreting detailed drawings, using a variety of machinery, power tools and hand tools, and ensuring high-quality carpentry manufacturing at facility and installation at sites.
Qualifications:

• Carpentry and Finish Carpentry skills.
• Proficiency in working with carpentry machinery such as table saw, band saw, edge bander etc.
• Proficiency in working with Power Tools and Hand Tools.
• Experience in manufacturing doors, wardrobes and hard interiors.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to interpret detailed drawings, blueprints and project plans.
• Should be able to read drawing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical fitness.
• Relevant certification or vocational training in carpentry.
