ELV/ ICT Project Manager ( Airport-Experienced )

Role Description:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying the project's goals, objectives, and scope, and in creating a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. You will communicate with the project team and stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Perform pre-sales works and exercises.
- Airport Experience is Required
- Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- A collaborative and flexible style, with a strong service mentality. Needs to be seen as a team player who is committed to lifelong learning
- A hands-on Engineer with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.
- An effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project management.
