Project Manager - Private & Retail Banking
Extendable contract - Abu Dhabi, UAE - Immediate starters
We are currently working with a major bank in the UAE who have a number of projects within their Private & Consumer Banking portfolio that need to be delivered. As a result, they need a talented Project Manager based in United Arab Emirates who is available to start immediately or ASAP.

Qualifications & Experience:

We are currently working with a major bank in the UAE who have a number of projects within their Private & Consumer Banking portfolio that need to be delivered. As a result, they need a talented Project Manager based in United Arab Emirates who is available to start immediately or ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across IT, business, operations, and vendors.
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery, aligning with scope, time, and budget.
- Lead all project phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolving challenges, and revising plans as necessary.
- Track project progress, risks, and mitigation, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Banking (Private/Consumer Banking).
- Experience with corporate banking projects (Internet/Mobile Banking, ATM switches, digital enhancements).
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile); PMI certification preferred.
