Job overview
Dubai Center for Special Needs is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing Special Education, multi-disciplinary therapeutic intervention and vocational training to students of determination. Our vision is to provide each and every one of our students the key to a positive, productive and more independent life, thereby “Lighting the path toward a brighter future”
Duties: Reception
  • Meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, parents, teachers etc.
  • Answering the telephone and directing callers to the appropriate person/department
  • Handling enquiries from the general public, parents, teachers and students
  • Creating and editing multiple spreadsheets
  • Maintaining our database
Duties: HR
  • Post job adverts
  • Review cv’s
  • Coordinate the scheduling of interviews
  • Any other duties as required
Education, experience and skills:
  • English speaker
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferable
  • Experience working in a school environment is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Candidate must be well organized and have great attention to detail
  • Have the ability to multi task and work well in a busy environment
Working hours: 07.45 - 14.30 Monday to Thursday, 08.00: 12.15 Friday
