Odoo is an ERP software solution with over 60+ applications that cater to business needs. This position will be a blend of a functional consultant and a project manager. You will be working with a team that is responsible for implementing projects and helping Odoo customers with the use of their Odoo business apps.
Belonging to the Services Department, our Functional team is mainly responsible for implementing our software solution to Mid Market and Corporate clients business needs. You'll work on different projects at the same time, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented. You will be exposed to work with bigger names and challenging projects from different industries.

Responsibilities

Project Implementation

Follow and execute project plan
Analyze customer needs
Configure Odoo according to client needs

Deliver functional training sessions (prepare materials)

Must Have

2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Strong business process understanding

Fluent in Russian and English
Problem solver, Solution-oriented
IT Project implementation experience
ERP Experience

Nice to Have

Knowledge in accounting and/or Supply Chain Management
Odoo Experience

You'll work on several different projects at the same time. You won't have time to get bored as each project is different, depending on the type of industry your client works in or the type of apps that need to be implemented.
