Emirates Properties is looking for a talented & passionate Photographer/Videographer to market and create marketing contents for real estate projects by capturing properties interior/exterior photos and business activities in the most appealing way. You will cultivate, engage and grow with marketing department to produce digital contents of photos & videos of our various owned properties and develop visual portfolio of our company and properties.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Job Description
- Capturing high-resolution, well-composed photographs of both the interior and exterior of properties.
- Creation of informative videos that showcase the property's features, layout, and overall ambiance.
- Conduct Weekly Photoshoot of the property as per the promotional campaign.
- Production of images/videos of company activities, trainings, meeting, occasions, and events.
- Site Visiting to take photos of property to fulfil Property & facility Management needs.
- Overseeing and arranging commercial video shooting of sales transaction, home buyers experience and other operational business process.
- Collaborating with third party agencies for commercial/aerial/drone filming.
- Brainstorming creative ideas with team and executing the visual vision.
- Creating professional photoshoot session for sales & leasing team.
- Retouching, editing, resizing of photos/video assets for social media, website, blogs & ad campaign placements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and storyboards as per brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Support with artwork creation, including developing artwork/graphic social media posts, web banners, template layouts, and more.
- Conduct research for content/images and assist with additional tasks to help deliver graphic material.
- Work effectively with the marketing team to understand all briefs, projects, and campaign objectives.
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines across all purposes, producing work of a suitable style and standard.
- Design collateral, including direct mail, ads, posters, newsletters, flyers, invitations, vouchers, and digital materials such as banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, and more
- Photography, videography and editing skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous work, demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency.
- Understanding of Lighting, Composition, exposure and Framing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of photography & videography equipment/gears.
- Post-processing, basic motion graphics, color grading and Retouch skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite and online stock assets platforms.
- Highly collaborative, cross-functional teammate & ability to work independently.
- Interpersonal, Adaptability, Time Management & Communication skills.
- Social media trends researcher to deliver high-quality creative videos.
- Shoot planning, Space Planning & Attention to details.
- Good sense of background music, audio, voice over and video script.
- Creative knack for content development to generate new ideas.
