We are seeking an inspirational practitioner to lead our EYFS and Year 1 through the next phase of growth and development. You need to be an adaptive, solution creation leader, one with passion coupled with humility, one who listens and enables staff, children and the school to grow. Desk dwellers need not apply!
You will have a strong focus for teaching and learning and a passion for helping staff be the very best they can be. An ability to meet individual needs of all children is paramount as is a determination to develop one’s self both personally and professionally, whilst enabling the strategic growth of the school in these exciting times.
You will have:
- Leadership experience within a British Curriculum
- Strong Middle Leadership experience will be considered
- Experience of the UK National Curriculum
- A passion and drive for outstanding teaching and learning
- An excellent rapport with children, their families and staff
- A positive attitude
- Resilience and a sense of humour
- Professionalism
- A team player with a solution based approach to challenges.
- A drive to improve teaching and learning, ensuring the needs of all learners is met.
We want to focus this appointment with someone who has the right attitude to continue and build on the ethos we have created.
