PACE Modern British School is an inclusive and rapidly expanding school in the PACE Education Group offering the UK National Curriculum for children aged 3-18. You will help lead, develop and improve the school in line with our values and within the guidance of the KHDA framework.
We are seeking an inspirational practitioner to lead our EYFS and Year 1 through the next phase of growth and development. You need to be an adaptive, solution creation leader, one with passion coupled with humility, one who listens and enables staff, children and the school to grow. Desk dwellers need not apply!
You will have a strong focus for teaching and learning and a passion for helping staff be the very best they can be. An ability to meet individual needs of all children is paramount as is a determination to develop one’s self both personally and professionally, whilst enabling the strategic growth of the school in these exciting times.

- Leadership experience within a British Curriculum
- Strong Middle Leadership experience will be considered
- Experience of the UK National Curriculum
