Role Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Providing critical back-office support to the sales force, liaising with: Finance, Service, IT, Warranty, Supply Chain, Marketing and other departments
  
• Department Reporting: Accumulating (from the four branches) daily RLC reports for sales, bookings, and pipeline management.
  
• Backlog Management: Actively monitoring sales backlog and coordinating with customers and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  
• Order Processing: Ensuring accurate entry of sales orders and monitoring outbound deliveries in coordination with the supply chain, resolving issues swiftly.
  
• Sales Operations Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal processes, policies, and ACE/ISO standards.
  
• Team Leadership: Leading the sales coordinator team, providing guidance on daily sales activities.
  
• Demand Planning: Coordinating with supply chain to align demand planning with forecast requirements.
  
• Material Allocation: Overseeing material allocation by branch.
  
• Financial Processing: Submitting credit documents to finance for activation and handling invoicing.
