Classic Star Building Contracting (L.L.C) is a construction company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our mission is to deliver high-quality construction projects on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on safety and sustainability. We Specialize in building luxury Villas In Dubai for the last 17 years.
We are looking for an individual who can design and execute the electrical and plumbing scope of the projects and have good knowledge of DEWA Regulations ,submissions and approvals.
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications can be advantageous.
- Professional Certification: licensed or certified as a Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering.
- Should Be DEWA approved engineer.
- MEP Coordination: Proven experience in MEP coordination within the context of Villa projects and integrating electrical systems into layouts and designs.
- Electrical Design: Strong background in designing electrical systems for interior spaces, including lighting, power distribution, and low voltage systems.
- Building Codes and Standards: Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards applicable to design projects.
- DEWA : Should be well versed with DEWA submissions and requirements.
- Minimum 5 Years of UAE experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Auto CAD, Revit MEP, or similar tools used in design of electrical drawings.
- Should be able to prepare load schedule as per project requirement and dewa regulations.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with interior designers, architects, and MEP consultants.
- Ability to translate design requirements into electrical system specifications and vice versa.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems in Villas.
- Ability to propose innovative solutions that align with the design concept and client preferences.
- MEP Integration:
- Coordinate with MEP consultants and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems with the interior layout and design.
- Design and Documentation:
- Prepare electrical & plumbing design drawings and specifications tailored to the required projects.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals related to electrical systems.
- Project Support:
- Provide technical support during project execution, including site visits, inspections, and resolving technical queries.
- Collaborate with team to ensure accurate installation and implementation of electrical systems.
- Should be able to guide the team regarding electrical and plumbing execution and support where ever necessary.
- Creativity: Ability to innovate and propose creative solutions that enhance the interior design through lighting and electrical elements.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in electrical design and documentation to meet project requirements and standards.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage tasks and deadlines within the dynamic environment of interior design projects.
- Team Player: Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
