Ajman Academy is a forward thinking and progressive school that places students and teachers at the centre of its decision making processes.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and talented educator with a strong background in the MYP programme to join our dynamic and progressive team.
The ideal candidate will lead the MYP program as the MYP Coordinator, with a primary focus on curriculum development, coordination, and support. While there will be a partial teaching load, the main responsibility will be guiding and overseeing the susuccessful implementation of the MYP across the school.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor degree .
• A PGCE / PGDE or equivalent.
• Experience as MYP coordinator.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as MYP teacher
• Ability to lead the team
• Proven track-record of appropriate professional development.
• Excellent IT, communication & interpersonal skills
• Native-level English speaker, fluent in speaking and writing.
• Evidence of creativity, innovation and proven quality in the classroom.
• Strong cultural awareness.
• A commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of all students.

Ajman Academy is a dynamic IB World School community accredited to offer the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) to primary students and Middle Years Programme (MYP) in grades 6 to 8.
