A vacancy has arisen for a Full-Time Temporary Music Administrator (with a possibility of part time work dependent on the right candidate) with an immediate start until 31st January 2025.
Candidates should have GCSEs, Secondary School Leavers certificate or equivalent and be under spouse’s sponsorship. Previous experience of administrative work and general computer systems is essential. Experience with Google is desirable. Candidates will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, multitasking, attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills. Please note that the Music department is a creative and fast-paced department. Therefore, the right candidate would need to be able to work in a vibrant and loud environment.
The stated working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.15am until 3pm and Friday 7.15am until 12.00 pm, however, there will be evenings and weekend requirements, due to concerts and performances, as befits the nature of the Music Department. This is an expectation of this role.
