Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Alpha Miles Delivery Services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency in delivery services.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a delivery services company.
Valid driving license is a must.
Bachelor Degree
Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.
Proven track record of achieving company targets (monthly & yearly).
Strong network and connections in the industry.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively solve problems.
Experience in managing teams with strong leadership skills.
Arabic & English speaker.
Ability to prepare reports and present data insights.
Attend business meetings and represent the company professionally.
