Procurement Officer
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A reputed facilities management company in UAE seeks to recruit an experienced Procurement Officer based in Dubai.
You will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet company’s operational requirements. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in procurement for facilities management company in UAE.
The applicant must be able to join immediately.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Supplier Management:

• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong relationships with them.
• Negotiate favorable terms with the supplier.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and manage stock to prevent over-ordering or shortages.

2. Purchase Order Processing:

• Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions from various departments.
• Verify specifications, quantities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers to expedite orders and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers and resolve any billing issues.

3. Cost Control and Budgeting:

• Monitor procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in budget planning and adherence.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably in Facilities management, or related industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with procurement software is a plus.

UAE Driving license is mandatory.
Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Gross Salary: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000 per month (based on experience)
