Position: Joinery Project Manager
Location: United Arab Emirates
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of previous UAE experience in joinery
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee joinery projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget requirements are met.
2. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to understand project specifications and requirements.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with the project team.
4. Coordinate and supervise the activities of joinery staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to mitigate them.
6. Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, adherence to safety standards, and compliance with project specifications.
7. Ensure that all joinery work meets industry standards, company guidelines, and client expectations.
8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
9. Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and progress updates as required.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to enhance project delivery and quality.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Joinery Project Manager in the UAE.
2.Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
3. Strong knowledge of joinery processes, materials, and techniques.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing joinery projects from start to finish.
5. Excellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple projects concurrently.
6. Energetic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently, making sound decisions under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
