We are looking for a professional real estate agent to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and closing Primary and Secondary Market deals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate as we are a growing company with an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct market research and provide insights on property values and trends.
- Manage property listings, organize viewings, and handle marketing efforts.
- Facilitate the buying, selling, or leasing process, including negotiations and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team strong networking and marketing skills to find and attract potential clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, and sales skills
- Languages: English, Russian
- Experience: minimum 1 year and above
- Salary and Commission depend on experience.
