Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, providing excellent customer service, and closing sales transactions. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring smooth transactions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new project launches in Dubai.
• Lead Generation: Actively seek new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Dubai’s real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in Dubai.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand and fulfill client needs.
• Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Chinese).
