We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success. If you have a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market and a passion for helping clients find their perfect properties, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads for potential new clients
• Qualify clients and recommend suitable projects based on their criteria
• Achieve individual sales targets
• Network and expand your client base
• Drive marketing and lead generation initiatives
• Promote Ai ZN Properties in a positive light to clients and external stakeholders
• Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring they are aware of current market trends, new opportunities, and developments
• Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes in Dubai’s real estate sector
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers
• Manage client relationships effectively

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
• Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry

Salary Range: AED 2,500 - AED 6,000 (based on experience)
Commission Range: Upto 70%
