About You
We are seeking a driven and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess:
Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent, focusing on off-plan property transactions.
• In-depth understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in relation to off-plan developments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and positive relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful property transactions.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Showcase off-plan properties to clients, emphasizing key features, benefits, and potential returns on investment.
• Collaborate with developers to obtain detailed property information and insights.
• Actively engage in networking activities to expand the client base and establish connections with developers, real estate professionals, and industry stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the property purchasing process.
