- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. - Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently. - Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable. - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation. - Assist with basic HR duties and support other departments as needed.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
