As Sales and Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a vital role in shaping our sales strategy, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mastering F&B business, Sapaad, and Fintech Model is a must.
Prospect and develop new SME leads.
Manage Enterprise customers and develop new Enterprise Leads.
Understand and analyze competition through market intelligence.
Gain in-depth knowledge of Sapaad and market dynamics for effective sales leadership.
Create and execute strategies to boost sales volume and enhance client satisfaction.
Manage both inbound and outbound leads within assigned territories.
Monitor and maintain daily lead uploads in Hub Spot.
Maximize demo-to-activation success rate.
Develop and track KPIs and metrics for performance evaluation.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts.
Stay updated on F&B, hospitality, and food tech industry trends.
Participate in customer training and education programs.
Maintain high availability for business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

A robust track record in [F&B/POS/Fintech] sales, demonstrating a history of successful client acquisition and revenue growth, with a focus on B2B sales.
An exceptional understanding of the [F&B/POS/Fintech] market, including its unique challenges and opportunities, allowing for effective market penetration strategies.
Proven negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage and close deals effectively.
Ownership of a personal vehicle and a valid UAE driving license, as the role may require travel within the region.
