Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Expert with a deep understanding of the landscaping industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new landscaping companies to join the Bydaar platform, finding customers, and ensuring their success.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Acquisition:
- Actively identify and reach out to potential landscaping companies in the UAE.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within these companies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the Bydaar platform's benefits using Power Point.
- Negotiate and close deals to onboard new companies onto the marketplace.
- Customer Acquisition:
- Actively identify and reach out to potential customers in the UAE.
- Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate landscaping companies on the Bydaar platform.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Account Management:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to landscaping companies and customers on the Bydaar platform.
- Assist companies in optimizing their profiles and service offerings.
- Troubleshoot any issues or challenges they may encounter.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Knowledge:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the UAE landscaping industry.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for Bydaar's expansion.
- Share insights and recommendations with the Bydaar team.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize Hub Spot CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Leverage CRM insights to improve sales strategies and customer relationships.
- Experience: Proven track record of sales success in the landscaping industry or a related field, specifically in the UAE market.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM platforms (Hub Spot preferred) and Microsoft Power Point.
- Passion for Landscaping: A genuine interest in the landscaping industry.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.
- AED 3000 - 6000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
