Position: Quotation and Client Relations Executive
Job Responsibilities:

• Quotation Preparation:
• Prepare detailed quotations based on client enquiries for porta cabins and other prefabricated structures.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company pricing policies.
• Tax Invoices and Delivery Notes:
• Generate and manage tax invoices for clients, ensuring all details are correct and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Prepare delivery notes for dispatched orders, ensuring all information is precise and complete.
• Local Purchase Orders (LPO):
• Create local purchase orders for required materials and services, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Maintain accurate records of all LPOs and ensure they are approved by the necessary stakeholders.
• Client Communication:
• Follow up with clients after sending quotations to address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with our services.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes to quotations or invoices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or prefabrication industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations and invoicing practices is a plus.
