Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant at TAMM GROUP LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for:-

Preparing financial budgets and monitoring the budget.

Preparing monthly financial reports and closing monthly accounts.
Preparing quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports and closing the final accounts.
Monitoring the company's expenses and revenues and controlling cash flows.
Good experience in preparing and monitoring project costs and expenses .
Preparing the monthly salaries, incentives, and deductions for employees and staff.
Monitoring purchases and inventory .
Monitoring and disbursing payments to suppliers and subcontractors according to the payment schedule as per the agreement.
Monitoring the progress rates with the site engineer according to the schedule.
Preparation of supply extracts for materials.
Following up on the extracts and guarantee letters with the site engineer, whether they are preliminary or final.
Experience in the field of real estate, rental procedures, and monitoring cash payments and collections.
Good knowledge of the work location, WPS, Mohammed bin Rashid Foundation, and bank requirements for financing and cash payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Education:

Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

Accounting: 7 years (Required)
UAE ROLES & LAW: 2 years (Required)
CONSTRUCTION ACCOUTANT: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

DRIVE LICENSE (Required)
