As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer at Deriv, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to make trading accessible to anyone, anywhere. Join our team of 1,400+ exceptional professionals across 22 offices and tackle exciting challenges that will push the boundaries of cloud technology and infrastructure management.

On a given day, you will:

Architect and optimise Kubernetes clusters using cutting-edge cloud solutions like GKE or EKS
Fortify our infrastructure security, staying ahead of emerging threats and implementing best practices
Design and implement complex cloud networking solutions across multiple environments
Automate critical processes using your programming skills, enhancing operational efficiency
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) to ensure precise and reliable cloud resource provisioning
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal uptime and reliability

We would love to work with you if you:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field
Possess at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to contribute as both an individual contributor and a leader
Are proficient in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP) and well-versed in cloud computing best practices
Have strong Linux skills, including experience with advanced debugging tools and shell scripting
Excel in containerisation technologies, particularly Kubernetes
Are skilled in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Ruby, or Go) for automation tasks
Have hands-on experience with Ia C tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or Ansible
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
