• Proven expertise in PHP 8.3, Laravel, and cloud-native architecture.
  
• Strong experience with relational databases like My SQL and Postgres, plus Redis for caching and other use cases.
  
• Can write well architected, resilient, and defensive code.
  
• Strong familiarity with Test-Driven Development.
  
• Great at system design and code architecture.
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud storage and S3-compliant systems.
  
• Proficient in building and maintaining business critical and resilient systems.
  
• Comfortable working in an XP/Agile environment (pair programming, continuous integration, TDD, in a quality first environment).
  
• Experience with tools like Grafana is a plus.
