Bright Learners Private School in Dubai, UAE is looking for well-qualified and talented Teaching Assistants who provide high quality support for teachers and Early Years children in a wide range of learning and teaching contexts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support for Early Years classrooms and support learning Activities
  • Support learners' holistic development
  • Prepare, deliver and evaluate teaching and learning activities under the direction of the classroom teacher
  • Observe and report on learner's performance (classroom, specialist lessons, dining room and playground)
  • Support the preparation of the learning environment and learning plans
  • Promote positive behavior
  • Contribute to supporting bilingual/multilingual pupils
  • Support pupils with specific learning needs
  • Classroom displays
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Adaptable teaching style incorporating feedback
