Accountabilities and Key Roles:
· Implementing sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management.
· Implement the Sales initiatives set by the Department.
· Maximizing products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs.
· Implementing the detailed sales plans to achieve his target.
· Planning daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.
· Promoting the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.
· Maintaining the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensuring that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.
· Representing the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university· Experience:· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ retail banking.
Competencies:·
Fluency in English· Total knowledge of the bank’s products & services· Excellent Marketing and Selling skills· Good knowledge in computer and different system applications skills· Flexibility and amiability· Capability to contact and deal with customers· Patience and calmness when working under pressure· Team work spirit· Take responsibility· Ability to focus on the details· Speed and precision in work· Good writing and verbal skills
