Job Description:
As a Telesales Representative at H2O Financing Brokers LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving our retail banking business by engaging with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to promote banking products and services, understand clients' financial needs, and provide solutions that align with their goals. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell retail banking products and services.
• Identify and assess clients' financial needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Provide detailed information about banking products, promotions, and services to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to better serve clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role, preferably in retail banking or financial services.
