REQUIREMENT
ICCA Dubai is looking for a skilled Video Editor to bring stories to life through high-quality, engaging video content.
With 2 - 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be proficient in editing software, motion graphics, and sound design, with exemplary understanding of pacing, rhythm, and narrative.

Technical Proficiency
Editing Software: Mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. Knowledge of other software like Da Vinci Resolve is a plus.
Post-Production Skills: Experience in color correction, color grading, audio synchronization, and sound editing to produce high-quality, polished videos.
File Management: Ability to efficiently organize and manage large video files, ensuring an organized workflow and smooth hand-off for cross-team collaboration.
Skills & Experience

• Storytelling through Editing: Proficient in transforming raw footage into compelling narratives that align with brand voice and goals. Ability to sequence clips, apply effects, and use transitions to enhance storytelling.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to small details, ensuring every frame is clean, well-timed, and free from technical errors ensuring alignment with the project’s vision and brand guidelines.
• Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting editing style to suit different types of projects and client requirements, such as educational, promotional, or event videos.
• Efficient Workflow Management: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet project deadlines.
