At present, we are in the process of hiring an Accommodation Assistant to become a part of our team in Newcastle. dwell Student Living is dedicated to offering students outstanding living experiences, emphasizing comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. The Role
As an accommodation assistant for dwell student living, play a crucial role as the face of our brand and the initial point of contact for our students residing in our properties. It is expected that our staff, as brand champions, deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your daily responsibilities will vary and may include tasks such as managing parcels, addressing phone and email queries, pursuing outstanding debts, providing guidance on student well-being, participating in events, and handling sales inquiries and property viewings.
This reception-based role will require you to work Monday to Friday, 12pm until 5.30pm, with a half hour break.
During our peak periods, you may be asked to work some weekends, and overtime hours to help ensure our sites are ready for the September intake of students. You will also be expected to work at least one check in weekend in September.
Who are we looking for?
If you possess strong communication skills both through email and phone, excel at multitasking, can effectively follow instructions from different departments, prioritize tasks efficiently, have a genuine passion for customer service, and find fulfilment in interacting with customers on a daily basis, along with prior experience in student accommodation or hospitality industry, then this position could be a perfect fit for you.
