The successful candidate will focus on recruiting international students, especially in Russian-speaking regions, while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Recruit students for Buckswood School, with a focus on the Russian-speaking market.
• Manage relationships with prospective students and their families.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly handling inquiries and applications.
• Ensure regular communication and feedback from parents and students to maintain satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth admission process and student transition.
• Represent Buckswood School at recruitment fairs in Russian-speaking countries.
• Report directly to the Head of Admissions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 
  Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience in sales, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Familiarity with the UK education system and international student recruitment is an advantage.
• Passion for education and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
