About the Role:
As a Medical Aesthetic Therapist, you will perform advanced skin treatments while offering expert guidance to ensure every client has a luxurious and tailored experience. Your expertise in skincare will be crucial in providing clients with effective solutions and lasting results. Your role is essential to ensuring each client leaves feeling confident, empowered, and delighted with their results.
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Performing a wide range of laser and non-laser skin treatments, from skin concerns including acne and pigmentation solutions to rosacea and vein treatments.
• Building lasting relationships with clients by offering personalised treatment plans and skincare advice.
• Collaborating with our team to cross-refer treatments and ensure clients benefit from the full range of our services.
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic by maintaining impeccable standards in cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets through expert consultation, while always prioritising the client's needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Aesthetics: You live and breathe skincare, laser (not laser hair removal) and aesthetic treatments, always keeping up with the latest trends and technologies.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in aesthetics clinics (ideally more), with relevant qualifications (Level 4 Laser, Level 5 Vascular Laser desirable).
• Knowledge: Training in ZO Skin Health, Hydra Facial, microneedling, and advanced laser treatments (Cutera).
• Professionalism: A polished appearance, a warm personality, and a positive mature attitude.
• Sales Savvy: You are confident recommending products and treatments that benefit clients, with a proven ability to meet targets.

Daily & Weekly Tasks:

• Delivering world-class skin treatments to a 5-star standard.
• Assisting with reception duties, client check-ins, and ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Maintaining treatment rooms, tracking product usage, and ensuring equipment is in top condition.
• Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

• NVQ level 5 vascular certificate (preferred)

• NVQ level 4 certificate skin treatment, pigmentation (preferred)
