Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members, other departments, and clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of all experimental work, preparing data for inclusion in reports and presentations.
Support method and process development as well as validation activities.
Provide training to colleagues on standard laboratory and process activities.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations, procedures, and equipment.
Contribute to the development of protocols, procedures, and reports, adhering to company quality standards.
Prioritize and manage own workload, ensuring alignment with department or project goals through regular reviews with the line manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with standard laboratory procedures and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
