Kenvue is currently recruiting for a:
Aveeno Northern Europe Brand Manager
This position is based at our High Wycombe office (hybrid working policy)

Who We Are

• Drive growth of the Aveeno adult portfolio in Northern Europe, with a primary focus on Nordics & Ireland and Hand (UK), delivering against P&L and share targets

• Support the Aveeno NE Marketing Manager in shaping the Nordic & Ireland Yr2-Yr3 plans and deploying the global Aveeno brand strategy including Had

• You will be responsible for driving excellence in execution for Aveeno Hand in the UK, and Nordics & Ireland total Aveeno adult (including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, influencer, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)

• Collaborate with local Commercial teams to address challenges, drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.

• Use analytical skills to support the Marketing Manager in shaping and sizing commercial and innovation opportunities

• Partner effectively with cross-functional project teams to deliver against the aligned OKRs.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Brand Manager or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager in an FMCG environment

• Degree level educated or equivalent marketing experience in an FMCG environment with a strong track record of performance in a matrixed organisation

• You will have experience developing, adapting and activating content & communication plans, including media planning and deployment, data driven marketing and a good understanding of customer and retailer requirements

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including an understanding of the P&L.

• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously and influence both upwards and downwards

• Can-do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work in a collaborative way and identify creative solutions to challenges

• Proactive and results driven, creates a sense of urgency for cross-functional peers & team members to meet objectives. Enjoys bringing new ideas to the table & holds others accountable.

• Proven implementation ability and flexibility to adapt plans/challenges as they arise

• Strong analytical and influencing skills, and able to make decisions effectively

• Demonstrates ability and experience in analysing data quickly and inferring insights to act and move forward

• The ability to master complexity, able to communicate clearly with strong impact.
