Bar Staff Duties
All team members are expected to be flexible in their approach when at work, assisting in both food and drink service as required. You must be at least 18 years old to work in a Licensed Premises.
Specific duties for this role include:
· To be Confident, courteous, and respectful in dealing with the public and other team members.
· To be ready to work weekends, holidays, and other unsociable hours
· To be eager to work as part of a team
· To have great communication skills and attention to detail
·To be hard-working and enthusiastic
·To be flexible in the approach to the business needs (tasks, hours and responsibilities)
·To have high standards of personal presentation
·To have the required amount of experience in hospitality, particularly bar work
·To be ready to work a minimum 20 hours per week
·To be eligible to work in the UK and have all necessary documents to prove that.
