Barista Role

At Presotea you will be serving memorable moments for every one of our customers. Our mission is to spread the taste of tea that’s brewed the right way. As a Barista you’ll be working for the first bubble tea shop that has innovated the way tea is brewed, and to show the world what bubble tea should taste like.
The Role.
Your days will consist of interacting with customers and making bubble tea, but not just any tea - Presotea. You will hone your skills through fantastic training and then you’ll shine by making every customer experience a delightful one.
What we can offer:

• A starting pay of £10.00 – £15.00 per hour rising with training for full-time staff.

• Then after training, earn up to £15+ per hour plus bonuses depending for full-time staff.

• A Daily Bonus Scheme that gives an incentive for the team to push the limits on how many beverages are sold daily. This scheme is to reward you on your performance and hard work. Once your training has completed, you will be enrolled into this scheme.

What we expect from you.
A great Barista who will love bubble tea and strive to be the best they can be.
No experience is required, however:

• 35hrs+/week

• A positive outlook, with a growth mindset.

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Good communication skills because you will be talking to our amazing customers daily.

• Food safety training will be a massive benefit!

• Maintaining health & safety guidelines and cleanliness across the store.

• 10 hour shifts

• 12 hour shifts
