Job Overview:
Bartons Coffee Shop is seeking a cheerful and flexible Breakfast, Brunch, and Sandwich Team Member with a passion for creating top-quality dishes. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about food service and committed to making each dish the best it can be. We provide comprehensive training to help you excel in preparing and serving delightful breakfasts, brunches, and sandwiches.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including salmon bagels, filled croissants, and breakfast muffins.
• Create fresh sandwiches, toasties, and wraps with a focus on both taste and presentation.
• Follow recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality and minimize food waste.
• Ensure a spotless kitchen, adhering to all cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and document fridge temperatures to comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage food inventory effectively, ensuring timely restocking of ingredients.
• Be proactive in completing daily tasks and assisting across different areas of the coffee shop.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere with a "can-do" attitude.
