The Green Table & The Cott Inn are both situated in and around Dartington, just outside the medieval town of Totnes in the South Hams. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and positive team, with easy access to the local area providing plenty to do during time off.
We are a very busy destination country inn & fresh food cafe with an enviable reputation for great food. Our produce is of very high quality and locally sourced, which we combine with excellent standards of service to deliver a fantastic guest experience.
We are looking for a breakfast chef to join our team, morning and lunch shift, no evenings (0730-1500)
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and possess a real passion and flair for food and knowledge of fresh ingredients. The role primarily involves running the breakfast service, and also assisting chefs with daily preparation duties. Having your own transport is advisable.
We are looking for someone with:

• Knowledge of fresh ingredients
• Consistency in creating company standard dishes
• Someone with drive and someone who thrives off a busy service!!

This position includes a fair share of the tips (divided between all staff). Pay is weekly with reasonable working hours. We offer long term job security and the potential to grow with us.
