Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Traveling efficiently between clients using your own transport
• Collaborating with our team to achieve optimal results for our clients
• Assisting clients with daily activities in their homes
• Supporting with dressing, undressing, bathing, and toilet needs
• Aiding clients with mobility challenges
• Encouraging mental and physical activity through hobbies, reading, writing, and outings
• Performing household tasks such as bed-making, room tidying, and cleaning
• Cooking and serving meals, offering assistance when needed
• Implementing and maintaining individualized care plans
• Participating in staff and client meetings, as well as required training activities
• Maintaining accurate home records
• Administering medication when assessed as competent
• Reporting incidents and accidents promptly

Shift Pattern:

• Shifts between the hours of 7.00AM to 22.00PM

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent listening and communication skills, approaching clients with empathy and respect
