Positions Available:

• We have a carer position which is for 5 shifts per week i.e. 35 hours. Our shift times are 7.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm.
• We have another carer position which is for 2 shifts per week i.e. 14 hours. Our shift times are 7.00am to 2.00pm and 2.00pm to 9.00pm.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents throughout the day.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Engage residents in social activities.
• Monitor residents' health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents' needs are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care or support role.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
• Compassionate and patient nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
