Western Park View is an established Care Home in a beautiful, private setting that provides Nursing, Residential, EMI Residential & respite care. Western Park View has good access via a local bus route.
We are currently recruiting for Care Assistants on days to join our Team.
Experience

• Must have at least 1 years previous experience in working in a care home setting.
• Must be able to be flexible in working both week days and weekends.
• We use the Person Centred Software computer system; previous experience in using this system is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

As a Care Assistant you will be a vital part of our team dedicated to providing compassionate care to our residents. With core skills in personal care, empathy, and attention to detail, you will assist residents with daily activities and ensure their well-being. Your skills will enable you to support residents with diverse needs effectively. Strong English and communication skills are essential for maintaining accurate records and fostering positive relationships with residents and their families.
