Hours: Mixed shifts on a rota basis (8am-2pm / 2pm - 8pm / 8am - 8pm)

About the role:
As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

• Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
• Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity.
• Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
