What Would Your Responsibilities be?
As part of the Care Services Team for Nurse Next Door, you will be working in our Sutton office Monday to Friday.
Duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Allocating carers to their assigned customers
• Completing rotas and ensuring are sent each week
• Maintaining excellent communication with your team and customers
• Supporting and developing care staff
• Managing the on call care services team and helping as and when needed
• Liaising with Customers, Staff, Social Services, GPs, Pharmacists and CCG
• Working in a team to ensure high customer service levels

Qualifications

• Office experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to effectively coordinate care services
• Excellent organisational skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in using office software and tools
