Working closely with the Manager and Team, you’ll deliver the best possible services to our clients and develop your existing care skills. Bring your caring and passionate attitude and make a positive difference in your local community.
You’ll help with…
- Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas & communicating with staff, clients & families
- Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community
- Upholding reputation – handling complaints & taking action
- Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call
- Leadership – by inducting new starters & assessing Team training
- Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies
- Salary – Up to 25K
