Care Worker (Homecare)

Job description
We are looking for candidates who want to make a difference in their role of a Homecare Worker, and work for a company that places the care and wellbeing of our Clients and staff at the forefront of what we do. Both full time and part time positions available, long days, or earlier and lates part time options.
We can’t take applications from candidates who are on a Skilled Worker Visa and need sponsorship to work more than 20 hours. All our positions come with full time Contracts of Employment, and are all full time hours.
Benefits for the Homecare Worker Role

· Looking after a variety of Clients, from pop in visits, to Companionship, community access support, day sits, and 24/7 round the clock care for some of our Clients.

· Dedicated support and advice always available for our staff
Requirements for the Homecare Worker Role
· Car drivers only (we can only employ candidates who have their full driving licence and their own vehicle for work)
· Someone who wants to make a real difference to the lives of the people we look after
· Genuine caring and compassionate nature
· Positive, welcoming attitude
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, being fully fluent in both of these language requirements
· Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team, and on your own also
· Ability to provide the highest standards of care
· Previous experience is always nice, however, we welcome applications from those with the right attributes, who wish to start a career in Homecare.
Responsibilities for the Homecare Worker Role
· Providing the highest standards of Homecare, including
· Support with personal care, washing, dressing, bathing, hair care
· Mobility support including the use of moving and handling equipment
· Catheter and incontinence support
· Administering medications
· Support with meal and drink preparation
· End of life care
· Companionship support and care
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
