The Landmark is a Business Hub and Events Venue located in the beautiful Grade II listed building, formerly known as Burnley Grammar School. With two fully licensed bars, The Landmark hosts a variety of Events from conferences to weddings, and everything in between! We are now looking to build up our team of casual staff as our events calendar further grows.
About The Role
This role is a zero hour contract, as hours will vary depending on our Events. Some responsibilities but not limited to are:

• Bartending - barista work and cocktail making will be required.
• Unloading equipment and setting up for events - includes physical work such as moving tables & chairs.
• Packing up equipment and cleaning down the function room once the event is complete.
• Welcoming guests and ushering them to the right location.
• Ensuring the event hall is clean and organised.
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service, throughout the event.

Due to the fact some events run past midnight and you may be required to serve alcohol we are only taking on candidates 18+.
Experience + Skills (Preferably)

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Initiative & attentive.
• Diligence and attention to detail.

• Friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina and high energy levels.

Rate of pay will be dependent on age and experience, shifts offered on a first come basis.
Reliability is the most important aspect of this role, any shifts agreed to and not attended without prior warning or discussion will result in removal from future consideration.

Pay: From £9.00 per hour
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
